Alpha Epsilon Delta

Alpha Epsilon Delta is the National Health Pre-Professional Honor Society dedicated to the encouragement and recognition of excellence in pre-professional health scholarship, including medicine, dentistry, veterinary, and others. The Society welcomes ALL students engaged in the pursuit of a professional healthcare career. AED offers opportunities for intellectual and professional development, provides a forum for students with common interests, and extends a program of service to benefit the college/university community. The Mercer University Georgia Epsilon chapter was chartered on April 30, 2011.

Requirements for Chapter Membership

Georgia Epsilon Chapter membership requires a 3.2 overall and science GPA along with the completion of at least three semesters (36 + credit hours) of pre-professional health work. At least one semester must have been completed at Mercer University. Membership is formalized with the submission of your Membership Record Form (MRF) along with one-time national dues ($75) to the chapter, who forwards them to the National Office. Annual chapter dues of $20 must be paid to the chapter treasurer.
